This house for 4 people, where nature dominates, with a view of the Vézère valley, will allow you to recharge your batteries while being close to all amenities and many sites to visit.

Surrounded by meadows and woods, this gîte is located less than 10 minutes from the shops, with a large market on Tuesdays, 500 m from the Proumeyssac chasm. The village of Le Bournat and the largest freshwater aquarium in Europe are less than 10 minutes away.

Many castles, caves, bastides, abbeys are a few km away; swimming: municipal swimming pool in the village of Audrix at 300 m, body of water in the Bos ponds with swimming pool and water games, large grassy beaches in Limeuil, Le Buisson (caves of Maxanges).

This old stone house completely renovated includes a large bedroom with closet; a bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, washbasin, and WC.

A large kitchen room completely redone and newly equipped, dining room, living room (with 2 sofas including a 2-seater sofa bed) which opens on the west side to a large terrace with a view of the Vézère valley (Le Bugue) and the Dordogne (Limeuil). Equipped with an electric awning with garden furniture, 2 aridontack armchairs, table and chairs where you can take your meals, relax in peace and admire magnificent sunsets.

When you arrive your bed will be made towels at your disposal. We are committed to providing you with a perfectly clean house, which is why we ask holidaymakers to do the cleaning (fridge, oven if used, etc.) and leave the sheets and towels in front of the washing machine.

You can park your car under cover.
